Not to sound selfish, but I'm going to be pissed if I'm spending my 40th birthday (second week of July) indoors and at home.

On my 40th birthday, my boss got me onto a helicopter and flew around Malta. After I landed at their international airport, we took a taxi to a small coastal town, stopped at a cafe, and watched the aircraft carrier pull into port drinking cervezas! Never forget how lucky I was that day! Hope your 40th is that good!
