Orlando driver. Maybe moving to Brevard for other reasons. What is the current situation with Port Canaveral? I assume demand is good; the ships keep coming in. I think they are still requiring a ridiculous $500 permit. Is this a business cost or passed on to passengers? Respectfully asking for any good advice on how to handle starting up. I read through the Brevard forum but all the information seems extremely outdated. FYI. I have a regular full time job. I only do this weekends. Not looking to dip into anyone’s business. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Was worth it going back a few years. Now, forget it. A million drivers cutting the pie thinner, and thinner for garbage rates. As a result, haven't worked the port in about 3 years. Don't miss it a bit!

The port is not worth it all. Too many drivers. i literally took a ride to KSC because it offered me a lot of money. I picked up KSC and dropped off at Port. I went straight back to KSC and picked up a ride to Disney. The Port has code enforcement wanting you to pay a one time fee to pick up if they catch you....
