Undercover's are out in full force checking for your State of Nevada and Clark County License. Glad I've got mine because I just got pulled over for a routine check by TNC near Harmon/Las Vegas Blvd. They will impound your car and you will receive a fine from $1000-$10,000.

For reals? Undercover who? If this is true it had to be just a matter of time. I'm sure drivers will love paying what they have earned to cover fines.

It's the NTA plainclothes officers who conduct random checks of Uber/Lyft drivers. They also conduct random rides to verify driver compliance of the rules. I picked up one last week who wanted to arrange a cash ride. I politely refused and didn't realize he was an agent until later it dawned on me. He was asking lots of questions about my driving habits and routine.

He didn't ask to see your licenses though?

Good question. OP didn't follow up respond so quite likely. Not to say a day of reckoning will come to drivers in Vegas, but I think that is some time off. Hell the drivers in San Fran got away with it for 6 years. Their day has come.
