I didn't find any requirement in the NRS - CHAPTER 706A - TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES regarding carrying a business license in your car.
I did find: "The provisions of this chapter do not exempt any person from the requirement to obtain a state business registration issued pursuant to chapter 76 of NRS. A transportation network company shall notify each driver of the requirement to obtain a state business registration issued pursuant to chapter 76 of NRS and the penalties for failing to obtain a state business registration."
