Good question. OP didn't follow up respond so quite likely. Not to say a day of reckoning will come to drivers in Vegas, but I think that is some time off. Hell the drivers in San Fran got away with it for 6 years. Their day has come.

That's because a lot of money was involved, this is $225 max license. San Fran is just another greedy city stealing hard money from the working class to shelter illegals.

It pads the budget of the city so they can continue to support them. San Francisco is a harbor city, meaning they don't report to ICE even if they commit felonies. Read the news, one of them killed a tourist, he was arrested for more than just one feloney, career criminal, but the city never reported him to ICE because everything should be flowers and rainbows.
