So, this is not my story, but I'm pretty sure it was either an Uber or Lyft driver that I saw being turned away. So I went to a local Quick Check last night and saw girl sitting on the curb, smoking a cigarette. The girl was very decent looking, but dressed a little too indecent for this time of the night (A little after 12am).

Anyway, I decided to go online just to get a feel for what was going on that time of the night. Being a new driver, I wanted to gauge to see how hopping a Monday night football night was. As I left my house, the area turned red! I got to the quick check and saw this girl talking to the guy and she looked a little scared of him. I'm thinking she saw a black man and just did not want to get in the car with him (she was a young white female, attractive) They were chatting about a "ride" and she apologized to him, saying she wasn't going to accept the ride.

The guy was really nice about it towards her and told her that he was here already and if she needed the ride, he'd still be willing to take her. She said she would go ahead and get a ride from "somewhere or someone else". He of course was persistent, but in a nice manner, saying "Are you sure? I can take you where you need to go if you change your mind". Again she apologized.

Ironically, as he got in his car to leave, the area was no longer red. I'm guessing he went offline if he was an Uber driver. I stayed logged on for 20 minutes just in case, as the girl was looking at me like "please stay around just in case" There were no pings but that would have been my first rider if she did lol

Sry I don't get it
The story is he saw a girl not get into a car, he did not get a ride, and then it stopped surging.

I admit, it's not the most gripping story I have ever read; certainly not on par with that Tom Cruise movie where Tom plays a psycho mafioso hit man taxi passenger, for example.

Dan, regardless of what movies you've watched, you are not supposed to drink the bong water when you're done blazing up.

I'm guessing that is the only explanation for the story you wrote, so let's remember that nugget of information "Bong water is to be dumped out, not swallowed" going forward.

Thanks, and Uber on...

Are you sure? She was probably staring at you like: "what the **** do you want you creepy old guy?".

I guess she has no idea what uber is and the black guy was nobody but a random guy who wanted to get laid that night. But cool story bro.
