I once got 4 complaints from the same ass-hole including dirty car and smelly car.
Don't worry about it. They can click on 10 different choices and it still only counts as one 1 star and goes away in a week.
The only reason this ***** didn't complain about more things is these morons have short attention spans.

my ratings are solid 4.95 but just have that feeling the 2nd complaint for conversation that I said something that offended the pax. but have many badges of great convo.. I dammed if I talk and I dammed if I don’t... honestly I think it was the lady who kept trying to get me to agree to give her cash rides daily. I said no bc she kept giving me the “I’m a uber employee vibe.”

Well in my experience I would say yes they get a credit for their next ride when they say... driving... conversation.. and service quality.. but I can only speculate as I don't know the answer for sure.. but yes so dumb pax is all I can say.. I should put a sign up that says.. if u arrive alive I deserve a 5... lmao... it seriously next time when someone cuts me off or slams on their brakes maybe I will just hit them.. shoot I need to get paid too...

Uber will give them a credit for the ride. Driver still gets paid. Uber loses money and you still have a 'job'. It's actually a great thing!!!
Well yeah, but it can still be done in an anonymous way. If you leave a 2 or 1 star you should be required to write a short paragraph explaining what was horrible about the ride.
I guarantee that would eliminate 90% of low ratings
