Uber has driver protection for drivers as far as I know now. Has anyone reaped benefits from this? I’m not sure what all it entails exactly. Maybe someone can clarify.

Also... do they have passenger protection as well? If a driver rates passengers low quite a bit, do they stop counting them too or how does that work?

Driver protection? What is that? Uber/Lyft idea of driver protection is an endless supply of ants

It means Uber will loyaly support you unconditionally. Uber will always be in your corner, ready, willing and able to protect you from any and all unscrupulous, malicious tactics that paxs will resort to. Further, if you believe any of this then quit immediately!
