As much as I hate staying in with no football or golf to keep me busy I’ve decided to look at the positives.

With 3 hours back a day from my commute I’ve upped my gym seasons from 1 resistance session a day to doing an additional cardio circuit in the afternoon. The aim and opportunity is to get in the best shape of my life during this time.

Anyone else using their time at home positively?

N.B please refrain from telling me you can enema twice a day, we don’t care!

Enjoy cycling out in the sticks.
The one thing keeping me fit is avoiding and hiding from the other half.

Spot on, any activity that takes your mind of the situation we find ourselves in can only be a good thing.
Physical activity may just give us the edge to beat this catastrophe.
My heartfelt thanks go out to all the health care workers out there for putting their lives on the line for us all.
And let us hope when this is over we will never forget what they have done for us.
