So here you are, on 2/22, at EWR doing a pickup, cops stop you, question you, tickets get written, tow truck impounded the vehicle.
I know that uber is saying they will cover all towing and impound expenses (even the media is reporting it). But what's gonna happen right then?
How long will it be impounded for?
What will the cost be?
Will you have to lay it out?
How soon will uber reimburse you?
Will uber pay for the time you miss due to not having a car?
Will uber cover your taxi/lyft/uber back home?
I'm sure there are other questions along these same lines. Why is no one asking them? Why isn't the media asking them?
