You are though. Just because you are doing surged rides doesn't mean you are not being affect. If you are taking a 2.0x surged ride, your base pay is lower, so you are making less.

I think the magical amount to see drivers quit in mass is .50 cents a mile. Even at .60 cents a mile i still see that the LA area is super saturated with drivers.

it was deleted as it had the picture of the lady.... I posted some of the rides, you can clearly see where they start and drop off, and does not give a name or picture.
Again, no way to guarantee she only got me & I am sure she is still getting rides as she has a business to run.

Due process is what i am looking for, they wont offer it thought.

You do realize there is another app besides uber right? Like the ride I had two days ago that was 55 miles on 75% prime time.
