So I dialed the number...pressed 1 for english, then 9 for main menu, then 5 to ask a question, entered the ssn and pin, then it said hold, only to be followed by the message saying "We are experiencing a large volume of calls and they are busy", but the line never disconnected as usual....still on hold but not disconnected....just put those a-holes on mute and speaker and my phone on charge while writing this. so anyone have any idea if I am on hold or not? Cause I don't hear any elevator music but the line is not disconnected. if im on hold...its like holy shit dude....im gonna go j/o cause this is a miracle!!!!

No you're not on hold. Dial again when you finally get trough the system tells you what's you're approximate wait time. I got trough last Saturday after 4 days 3 phones and 10000 phone calls.
