With the newest line of BS from Uber , the driver silver, gold plat. rider stuff. I noticed that one of the perks is a no fee cancellation option after 2 min. Has anyone lost a late fee due to this , or does Uber eat the loss and pay you?

I ask because I suspect that this may have happened to me Sunday morning. It shows 4 rider cancellations, and 3 pick ups and 1 Ubereats , but on my daily total it showed 5 rides, are they not paying late cancellation fees anymore, but including them as actual rides towards your weekly bonus?

I just re-read the message in my app. I don't see anything like what you're asking. In fact, it doesn't say shit. It just links back to the Diamond rewards.....which they're taking away. What comes after that isn't mentioned. Did I miss something?

Not the driver incentives the customer incentives, I am sure I read that in the perks section, as I am an automatic"gold" member...lol woopeee...I had a rider sun morning that cancelled well after 2 min while I was driving a pax on a 25 min trip, after this happened, the window that shows your earnings went " gray" the rest of the day, even after I logged out, and my log showed 4 rides, 4 cancellations, but the "completed rides" showed 5 , one of those cancellations counted as a completed ride,I am guessing that it was the one guy that waited over 5 min before cancelling while I had that 25 min trip.but I never got late fee, and the "sorry we are updating your pay adjustments" box along with the grey earnings window was popping up all day.

I don't know ur answer but u don't get a cancellation fee if it was a stacked ping and still had 1st pax in car when 2nd pax cancels.

Your thread title and question is just total confusion. I don't understand why you even bring up the Driver Tier system at all considering that it only started on May 1st and Sunday was April 28. Also rider incentives have nothing to do with the driver. If a rider has a promotion for money off it comes out of Uber's end. I have had pax tell me that they complained when they got a cancel fee and Uber just gives them the $5 back, but they wouldn't take it from a driver, they just eat it.
