I am in the area, and I see that there is a "Shuttle" option for riders, what is it? is it different for us drivers? or is it as bad as Line?

I don't like that fact that at times its such an inconvenience to go pick up others passenger and makes it more of a hassle if your on the expressway or have to backtrack or if its completely out of the way which it it most of the time.
I dont wanna deal with that extra crap. i want a single trip keep it simple.
