If the OP is referring to the share location feature that drivers can opt in on, then yes it is still an available feature on my app (but I don't use it).

I thought the share my location feature was to let your family know where you were last seen when you were robbed and killed by your unvetted rideshare pax.

I thought it was to let the spouse know that you were spending too much time at the strip club awaiting the next ping that you never heard.

I went to a strip club with some fellow workers once and one of the guys ratted me out to my wife. My wife told him "Yeah, I do know he was at the strip club. He told me about it. Have you told your wife yet?" and then she warned him that about the only thing I valued from other people was loyalty and he just proved that he had none. My wife is a bad ass at times.

Two tumbs up to your wife for the way she handled this. As for the enema nozzle that ratted you out that's a primary candidate for casually dropping in front of his wife that he went into the champagne room for a private lap dance and came out with his clothes disheveled, and his zipper down.

And when he denies it, look at his wife and then back it him and say "Oh shit, my bad brah, my bad, I forgot your wife was here man."

I didn't even know this was an option.

But why not use other apps that allow her to follow your location.

What details did the Uber app share?

Just checked and I have the option to share.
Maybe it's not in a newer version of the app.

I have the option to share but it doesn't give real time info as it once did. What other aps are there that you speak if
