Severe Uberx shortage on Cape Cod.

Business is booming. Demand is off the hook. I'll sacrifice a little of the plump fat surges if I can encourage some of the best and the brightest men and women uberx's to serve the ravenous public appetite for rides. Our rates are $1.90 + .25 per minute...pretty sweet! I'm calling on 40 or 50 enthusiastic go getters to come on down. Get yourselves a weekly rental take a little family vacation and while the kids are at the beach...Clean up with uber. Bar crowds galore and surges to wet your saliva glands like you've never seen. Who's a gamer?

This joke isn't funny, either.
For a comics cartoon penguin avatar you don't have much of a sense of humor.
No surges... Not even on July 4th weekend. It pays to drive during guarantee hour in the city than to be looking for a 'shark' on Beach Ave.

dis
Not true. There was some really nice surges fri. sat. and sun. night from 9:00pm to 11:00 and 12:30 am til after bar closing. Where were you? We could have used the help.
I was down there last night about 8pm. It was dead. Nothing. No surge anywhere. Dropped in Dennis and then drove out without a single ping.
I have to confess it's mostly dead from 1:30 am Sunday until about 9:30 pm Friday. Then it's still mostly dead between 9:31 pm Friday and 1:29 am Saturday with a few small burps of business every now and then.

1:30-2:30 am is pretty busy on Sat. Surge hits the 2.0-2.9 range reliably. Even seen 3+ on some rides at that time.
That is way past my bedtime and very well past my give a sh*t time to drive around drunk a-holes. Could be a 20x surge I ain't driving drunk idiots.
