So I've had no Rider feedback in such a long time and then all of a sudden in the last week I've had three service quality reports, 2 for driving and one pick up experience? Are you kidding me? I think this one group was mad because I made them all sit in the backseat? My rating went down to a 4.95? Anyone else dealing with this all of a sudden?
