I think it's a law, maybe having to do with discrimination. I can't refuse those calls as a cab driver. All of the service animals I've had were very well trained and caused absolutely no problems. I've had a few customers pets that wouldn't keep still or wouldn't stop barking, real pains in the azz. I almost took a lady back home because of her dog. She got smart with me when I asked her to control her dog. We were well into the trip so I finished it. If it was at the beginning of the trip she would have had to get another ride. It's just part of our job.
