This was happening quite a bit after driver app revise this week. Thought it was fixed...guess not! Hard to drive when u can't log in.

Just came back online and its surging eveywhere. Maybe this should happen more often so we get surges back. Almost tempted to turn on app since its surging 2.1 where I am but not going to deal with any drunks tonight

Happening in Chicago too. It's back up but flaky. It actually caused surges as high as 3.x but I'm sitting in the heart of the surge and not a SINGLE ping.

I had the same problem as well while in DC, "SERVER ERROR". Also the surge map seemed show surge one minute and vanish the next..

had one guy take the long way to his house , couldnt end the trip server error . bad rating , route changed to as the crow flies so lost a few dollars there that i would have gotten. thanks boober!!! smh 45min of down time at the peak of friday night. gee i cant wait till it goes down sat night with more business.
