I don't think we do. We're owners who have 0 employees. Your business would have to be registered with the county clerk. The grant in question is meant to cover 40% of the businesses payroll. Basically helping that business hold on to its employees.

Our business name is our own name if it's under self proprietary ( owner owned) unless you are S Corp. only difference is we are registered under TLC. Physical location is your home. Anyways Frack it, I am signing up everywhere they are offering free money, not because I will get any but at least they will consider FHV drivers also exits. We have been at the bottom of barrel when things were good but when things are bad we are supposed to be essential workers but we are no where in the picture when it comes to proper recognition or compensation.

it does not matter if u did it now or hen,they will check ur last 3 month payout i guess and they will give u credits for ahead so its not like u have to wait for latter because u will get the same money

I don’t think it will work even if you have employed somebody because we are exempt from the work restrictions. We are still allowed to work and are not forced to stay home which technically means that our jobs have not been lost or stopped.
