I hope you do report this driver, weed out really bad ones.
Why would this driver be deemed a really bad one and need to be reported?
The OP didn't say the driver said anything rude or didn't have a bag. I always deliver to the door except for the customers who are waiting at the curb. Several customers motion me to roll down my window rather than step out to hand them their food.
As someone else also replied, I don't see what the driver did wrong. For OP to say she felt humiliated because driver dangled food, I think is an exaggeration.
Now if that driver specifically dangled s piece of chicken she ordered, then yes that may make her feel humiliated. But from what is posted, the driver did what many customers want, their food at curbside.
Sorry but I'm sick of customers making ridiculous claims and us drivers are damned if we do and damned if we don't.
Uber has the most high maintenance customers. This claim of humiliation and to email support is ludicrous!!!
