Riders may occasionally bring oversized or large items, like luggage, on their trip. We currently don't charge additional fees for luggage.
However, if you can't accommodate the luggage for any reason, you're not obligated to bring the items or start the trip. If that's the case, please politely ask your rider to request another vehicle, such as an uberXL or UberSUV for more capacity.
Uber policy requires all riders and drivers to treat each other with courtesy and respect. Any incident that puts your safety at risk is taken very seriously.
