Depends if it was enough for OP I was guessing the same as unitxero that he was asking for early morning estimate to JFK so posted the toll and no toll.

It was clearly stated "18 miles 35 min", nothing else, no tolls, no mornings, no airports...why start guessing ? Wouldn't he mention all of the above, if that's what he meant, or he knew that we are all mind readers and palm "guessers" ?
