Riders have a profile pic but I've never seen it as a driver. I assume some have them, but drivers cant see it. So what's the point of the rider pic?

Correction: Too many people share accounts, and if we were sticklers about it, we'd cancel 1/2 the rides just based on that alone.

If every driver: only picked up the account holder, checked ID to make sure the passenger was 18+, and refused to take kids without carseats, Uber would simply shut down. There'd be no rides completed.

I've never turned anybody based on their "looks" but I've been tempted. There is a certain demographic that has consistently given me 1-stars.

I use my SUV for Uber Pool. Uber gives me special circumstance permission to pick up as many as 6 riders. These were the pax of my last pool ride.

Sadly, many of those pictures represent some of the Uber drivers that I see around town.
This guy must have limited his teeth-brushing because he was concerned of wearing out his toothbrushes too soon.
