There were a few things your riders thought could be better. Here are some tips on how to improve:

Traffic Violations
People count on Uber to meet high standards for safety and respect the rules of the road. Here's how you can help strengthen our relationship with your city:
  • Drive carefully and pay close attention to the road
  • Follow all traffic laws and stay aware of other cars
  • Make riders feel relaxed and secure

The above I copy and pasted from my weekly report to demonstrate the irony of Uber. This is what they sent me after my time at the airport.

Let me tell you something. I do not post here in support of Uber. In fact, I did not appreciate the fare drops and quite a few other things. I do not enjoy driving other people around and, in fact, I hate it. I dont want to be getting up at 4am to drive people to the airport. This morning I drove past a bunch of guys lined up in Harlem, all Uber drivers, praying on the sidewalk. Their Black Camries and Green cabs all double parked. These guys are probably immigrants or refugees from some hostile Middle East nation. For them, Uber is all they got. Driving the Camry around is all they got. I look at this and ask myself "How did I end up with these guys?" I dont believe these guys praying on the sidewalk are lesser than me, but its just not how I imagined it to be.

I post here to help all of you guys who are in the same boat as me. The boat we are in sucks and the Captain sucks so we have to stick together. This Uber message board is not to display your love or hate for Uber, but to help all those people who somehow need to do this. A lot of guys post on here as if doing this is an optional or luxury exercise for us drivers. You tell us its illegal and how little money we are making. You are singing to the choir my man. We know its illegal, we know the risks and we know its little cash. I bet you 100% of the people here would rather go work for Apple than drive around some freaks around NJ.

Thats how I truly feel...

I got the usual summons that they have been giving out for the last year or so which are no municipal permit, improper reg and no for hire insurance. Sometimes they throw in no fire extinguisher/first aid kit. Other tickets they give out at the airport are obscure license plates and no standing if they are lazy and going easy.

I have already been in contact with Ubers lawyer and have my instructions. Basically, we are waiting for a new court date. I will go to the court with the lawyer on that date. The lawyer takes it from there. I will pay the fines that they negotiate and submit the receipts to Uber. Uber reimburses me.

.........so your drivers are blaming you because the police are picking on you. I am assuming that you were dropping off and the police walked up to you. This is usually how they harass drivers here. If that is the case, why should the passenger be worried about it. You stop, the customer gets out, you open the trunk, the police start to yell at you, you hand the customer his suitcase, he walks away, you deal with the police. What is the customer's problem?

I see that they do have a "judgement call" category. It is necessary for all Harass-ER-uh-ENFORCEment Agencies to have one of those. Here, it is "dirty cab". The Harassmen-ER-uh-HACK Inspector will run his fingers under the wheel well, look at the dirt on them and announce "YOU have a 'dirty cab' ". At the Airports, the police do it. For Uber, they usually do the "Fail to pull to the right as far as possible",, although they will pop Uber Black on "Missing or Improper Documents" that are present and proper. There is also the "bald tyre" that you bought brand new last week and for which you happen to have the receipt on you.

Add to that Uber's usual Left hand's not knowing what the Right is doing. Legal Department is helping you with the summons, but Customer Service does not seem to be aware of that.
