As long as you provide proof, then they won't care. They give out $150 a case, so unless the assailant says that's not true, that's a pretty hefty lie. Not like Uber's paying it anyway

I question the people who ask for a fee for hair or sand lol

2 biggest tips is buying vomit bags and prevention. If they look like they need one give it to them although they will always decline it just place it near by.

Or better yet if they look really hammered, politely and safely decline the ride

That's why after midnight be on high alert but the 2 close calls I had were like 7pm and 10pm so you never know. My rule of thumb is if you too drunk to walk straight and sit up straight then you gonna puke.

The only time I got the 150 was some guy stepped in dog shit and came in the walk and I had to replace my floor mats for $40
