I wouldn't be bothered by it...if its a one time issue maybe your client was having a bad day. You can't please everyone so don't lose any sleep over it. Dealing with so many drunks, privileged and entitled millennials you are bound to get a negative feedback report. I don't accept requests for clients with a 4.6 or lower rating, outside a 12 minute radius, pool rides, or clients who call and say "Are you coming or not"?

I believe there are times when Uber arbitrarily adds items in the Rider Feedback Issues category.
Uber use to send drivers warnings about conducting and discussing personal business while driving passengers. I was told by an Uber Rep. that they do this to keep you true to Uber. I find this tactic to be underhanded and disgusting.

A comfortable driver is harder to motivate.
