Rematch is the best thing since sliced bread. As an XL driver the chance to get a rematch has been noting but $$ for me.
The Port has done a great job. The expedited entry was genius. I just picked up somebody in the new spot #1 which is the first spot you see upon entry to the pick up area. No more trying to back up. The exit lane is now in front of you for that whole first row. Then the new lines on all the other rows give you room to back up. Crazy efficient. Almost every rider mentions how much more organized this is than their home airport.
When I was there the rematch lane was backed up all the way to the parking entrance at the first stop signs/parking entry. I have never seen it that busy, but just flowed through, pax texted he was at stall #1 which I did not understand till I arrived, picked him up, pulled forward and was gone.
