So, I finally convinced a friend to get signed up with Uber and so far so good except that his rating is not so great no matter what he does. So I helped him update his vehicle registration the other day so he could get back on the road after having been off since September 21st for other reasons. We just checked and it was rejected AND his rating dropped from an already "low" 4.7 to a 4.33 since YESTERDAY! What in the world? Is this typical?
Rejected Document=Reduced Rating or nah?
