My co-worker signed up to drive but misentered my code. He has not been approved yet to drive. Can he withdraw his application and reapply with the correct code?

That won't work, the system will see him as existing. How far off is your code from what he entered? If it looks like he was trying to use it and mistyped they might add it on for you.
