I'm sick of sending sincere requests for help or support to 'Uber support teams' and just getting pre=prepared canned replies picking a keyword response and not really answering my question .... THEN the audacity to then receive another automated reply asking for feedback satisfaction on the 'team support' response ...

here's an idea... how about we have the ability to star rate the usefulness of partner support reply .... AND the support member has to maintain a star average of >4.5 or they are out .....might finally get some decent support for our questions rather than just the usual blah blah blah...
