Hello all,

Very new to this, as in last night was my first, and I have a question about the online Summary screen. Up in the right corner it shows a star and 5.0. But in the Summary section, it shows my name, another rating, trips and fare. That rating is a 4.0. I'm assuming and hoping that's the number of PAX that have bothered to rate their rides. But why the decimal point if that's the case?

Can anyone shed light on the two rating numbers?

I would like some info on this as well.

Uber Plus switched to Uber Select in Los Angeles today and I can't go online anymore. Only with Uber X. (which I don't do) I believe this is because you need at least a 4.7 for Uber Select.

My rating in the app and in the top right corner is 4.6. But my rating in the Summary over the past 30 days is 4.73. (I have only been driving a week)

I emailed support but have not heard back.
