If you provide the parts, any auto mechanic can do the swap for you. I think wheel and tire places would be able to do the job as well.

I would guess the cheapest would be 300 - 500 bucks just for the labor.

You are in LA. There are a bunch of asian specific mechanic shops that can do it.

Also why are you replacing them? It's very hard for shocks to go bad unless you are pushing 140k miles already.

Both front and back. when i hit a bumper on the road my shocks go low in the back if i go fast enough. its annoying but still drivable if i drive at a decent speed with no bumps.

Thats kinda what i was thinking ,but last time i did that with my brakes and rotors they started to screech like its 1999 within a month!
