My husband just started driving, I've been driving for a month. I have never been dropping someone off and received another ping before ending the first trip. My husband has had this happen 4 times, it won't even let him rate the first fare before sending him on another. Is there something in the settings that can stop this from happening? He's not comfortable enough at this point to accept a second fare prior to dropping the first off.
Any advice is much appreciated, thank you.

If he doesn't want to take that second trip, he can just let it ping! And let it pass.

It's called Trip Stacking. I kinda hate and love that feature. I wish there's a toggle setting (on/ off) about it.

Just accept it and then it will let you rate the current rider afterward. No waiting time. I love it

I don't believe there is...but you have to accept most of them or you will be "spanked"! My first night was the same awkward thing. I was just getting to one D/O when it pinged another ride. I let it go cuz I was lost in a parking garage, lol. Then they pinged me again...ignored it again. I was penalized for like 45 minutes. No pings even though I was in a surge area. I avoid the strip....too much for my anxiety level! I will drop off...but no picky upie!
