Last Tuesday morning I applied for insurance with Inshur and it has been 7 days now and no policy yet. I keep contacting them and they say it's taking so long because of renewals.
Is this normal?

check your app, wait till it loads and see if your missing something. Usually you don't need to contact them. I got mine in about 5 days.
