Just got a text and email from uber saying I'm under quality review because I fell below their standards my rating is a 4.45 out of 5.. But I don't know what the hell I did wrong because I'm no longer getting rider feedback emails like I used to.. Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?!

Uber has a base rating for drivers of 4.6 but that base rating is different in every market. Email DFW support or drop by Dallas or Allen office to see what is going on. In the past Uber has given drivers a period of time to get rating up.

One of your passengers may have submitted a serious complaint. You can always go down to the office for a clearer explanation of what happened.

As long as you drive safe, know where you're going and your car is clean there's usually no issues.

you should have 4 weeks to get you ratings up

I don't think they will deactivate you.Our if they do you can take that class
 
kmanderson sorry to here that for you, you seem like you get it and are out there driving smart.

For the rest of you that can't stand me or my boys

I'm a 4.94 and with as many trips as I have it takes about 50 5star trips to go up 1/10 of a point.

Just giving you another reason to bag on me ;)

Before anybody says anything I LOVE DEAD MILES.

and I average over $20 hr take home.

The problem with driving like a cab driver, not moving unless your going to pick up or have a rider is it kills your hr rate.

example: you do a run lets say it was a good run with driving to pick up and trip time it to you 30 mins made $15 now you sit there and wait 30 min for a ping. you just made $15 hr before ubers cut. not good money.
