Had a pax i had to cancel on, as she needed a ride to LAX. I do not have the permit/paperwork/whatever needed to pick up, does this also include dropping pax off?

Never had an LAX dropoff before, i was always led to believe you cant drop off or pick up there, unless you have the proper credentials(whatever it is) to do so?

I felt bad about cancelling, but didn't know for sure.

That's odd. You shouldn't have even gotten the request.

Accounts that don't have the placard are supposed to be blocked from airport requests.

Don't get it. At current rates airport runs are a money suck. And the pen is full nearly all the time now so getting matched with a pickup is both rare and worthless.

I actually deny airporters a lot now. I'm not afraid to explain I just don't make any money. I also tell the pax to write their representatives if they want this service to survive.

If pax don't get on our side they don't deserve the service.
