Twice now I have been put on timeout near LAX because of customers cancels,

Since most of you drivers don't use Uber and have never opened the client app you probably have no idea what the customer sees when they cancel us since I am a customer here is a screenshot,

Please notice that at least two of the reasons puts us the drivers totally at fault for their cancel..

I forgot to add that the two times that I was put on timeout at LAX, I did not ask the customer to cancel..

Wow...passengers can do no wrong according to this. Also, you're not a person or a car...you're just an "uber"...lol! Kinda of funny, but truly sad.

Wow good catch I don't know how I missed that,
From this point on when I call my passenger I'm no longer going to call myself by my name I'm just going to say hello this is Uber. .
