Be careful in the big cities especially. I am a professional and do the very best to satisfy our clients. How dare the specific cheap skate clients say I failed to deliver items or tampered with their food. I'm going to not do UE anymore. They let me defend myself to the tampered report but the non complete delivery was a one way reem.

*** when a customer texts " can you leave at the door" that is a sign that they are going to report that you did not deliver.

Texas Tech vs Virginia basketball game night: a client passes out (proba oh drunk) after ordering big from a good restaurant. Did not answer text or calls, no instructions to get in building. Gave him almost 15 minutes. Called support and they told me to cancel it under other and dispose of the food properly. ?? any how, several days later they report that I tampered with their order if not it was a McDonald's order that was filled to the brim and the stickers did not stay. I'm pissed at these people that do this crap.

How did you handle the "tampering" with support? I had an email back and forth after receiving the message and they wouldn't identify the supposed tampering. I told support that being accused of that is borderline libel and I deserve the opportunity to address the situation. Now thinking back I did have a leave it at the door in that time frame and quite a while ago I had a customer cancel an order enroute. I'm not in a large metro area I'm outside Houston between Houston and Galveston
