I am trying to update my Uber rider app's photo but it keeps on prompting that i need to have a rider account, whereas i created an account for my mother and it didn't ask anything like that and i have updated her photo easily. Can anyone please guide me what should i do. There is literally no way to reach out Uber support for this purpose.

In my market Uber pax do not have profle pics uploaded.

If you are also an Uber driver however, as I am, your profile pic from the driver app will transfer over to your rider app automatically.

Odd that.
