Anyways, I got a ride out to Tomball last night, so I tried hanging out by there but since I was not getting any rides back to town by 1:30 (all in area trips) I decided to dead mile back home. Since downtown was only a few miles out of my way, I decided to stop by there for the "2am" surge. I was thinking Montrose was going to be more busy as well, because of pride, and well, we all know, Montrose residents party every day of the week. But Montrose got up to 1.9x and Downtown won at 2.5x. They both dropped below 1.5 by 2:10am, so I logged off and went home empty handed.
Now, I know other drivers were counting on pride to make it surge Thursday. Last night set the stage for the weekend. I do not expect big earnings this weekend and will likely hang out away from the inner loop.
