That's what I do too. I'm still on EI so I don't need to or want to work too much so I mostly only work if there are bonuses. I usually head out from around 7-10am on a few weekdays for the boosts and extra points and Saturdays for boosts and surges and streaks bonuses on Lyft that's it.Yes, I know, we're not there yet.
Just curious if anyone will be going back to driving when everything is back to "normal".
I, for one, would only go back to driving if there are bonuses. Otherwise, it's just not worth the effort.
There's always rush hour in Vancouver even on weekends. Just not nearly as bad as pre-Covid.I'm driving full time at present, as we are only down around 25% here in Calgary right now. I'm working one extra day per week to make up the difference to hit 100% of the amount I want to make per week.
It's an absolute paradise because there is no rush hour.
Once the airport comes back to life and DT fills up again, I expect to resume driving only 5 days a week and 40-50 hours a day to hit my target, instead of 6 days and 65 hours.
