Is there an acceptance rating requirement for Diamond?

If so there's no point in trying even if you get all the points.

It aint possible then.

85% is accepting about 15 times more pings than I would reccomend ever accepting. In my market declining 3/4ths of your pings results in 50-100 less empty miles.. PER DAY. Plus it results in more fares driven total.
It usually takes me 4-5 pings to get something worth accepting.

it aint worth it for $350. Heck it's not worth it for $1,000 around these parts.

Not sure where your market lands, but I'd be stunned if it was worth it for 85% acceptance.

I'm 98/1 currently. 😁

In my market I have to accept everything unfortunately, competition is fierce and I have to get to the good customers so I can bag their airport run before the pirates, the taxis, the hotels or the fscked up Uber Reserve does.

When I'm out of my area, oh yeah the sh*t floods in and I just turn it off or decline and run.

Diamond status requires 1,200 points in my market as well.

Do you have upfront pricing yet? Once they introduced that here, they lowered our requirements. Our acceptance rate only has to be 70% now😂

No upfront or trash radar. Very low volume of trips. Online 15 hours and only 11 trips yesterday. X get paid double one way, like XL does.

Ants come from elsewhere because they think they make more, but after sitting in their hot cars for hours they go bat crazy and bounce.

Flix bus moved in, car rentals increased with Ubers help, greyhound, city bus, taxis and now the dam hotels are taking customers around.

Its getting bad here to the point the only decent trips are emergency and bar runs in the middle of the night.

The Uber selection of drivers and vehicles is terrible and they cherry pick too much that people consider ridesharing unreliable.

When Uber first started here, it was non-stop almost. They lost a lot and not to just Lyft as they aren't cheap neither, charge double Uber prices to the airport.

It's a struggle for me to keep Diamond, once I did nights in Miami and almost got shot and robbed another time.

So now I keep constant track, how many more points per day etc. I think I'll make it, perhaps with a puker or two. 😁

Well the goal is NOT to break my $1+ per odometer mile minimum acceptance formula AND still get the $350.

Uber keeps throwing these way far away reservations at me thinking I'll bite, even more than $1 per mile but the formula keeps me in check. Uber so covientely forgets my travel costs from home base. It's like it's slowly introducing the crap you all are suffering with elsewhere. 50 cents a mile one way etc.

Many here say Uber is a taxi, it is at first until they get enough drivers who can't do math, then their ugly ridesharing head appears as they slowly get drivers to just take anything. And that's when drivers begin losing and many go bankrupt.

It is what it is, a gig job. Unreliable at best.

Yes. I have 267 to go. I will have between 10-15 rides x day. If shirt I considered Uber eats. I am in the DMV .

I am diamond and still 1200 to keep it. I guess it’s the tensing points for him. I need 268 to get my 350$. 10 roses x day is 30 points. You can make it in 2 weeks. Easily. Let’s not be negative. Do Uber eats as well to help.

Oh no, only got 10 points more, only two trips today. Business is.extremely slow and ants everywhere as they not working their normal jobs. Now we head into one point trips during the week. 😲

16 days left. 6 one point trips per day to go and I had only two 1 point trips today.

Uber running this promo ending at the slowest time of the year to break our systems and our will. 😭

If I deadhead to the next busy area, it costs me $50. The next one after that costs $110.
