if the ride goes wrong in some way please tell me so i can fix it next time...don't just give me a 1 star. from my driver app i cant see who the 1 star comes from, what the reason was, what time it was sent, or for what trip even...so it doesn't provide me with any data i need to make changes....im just kind of in the dark...i dont know why uber does this, if a driver is going to improve they need specific details about the feedback they receive...

They can't tell you who it came from because in many cases, you know where they live.
And we all know there are some crazy dudes driving for Uber.

Also, in many cases the pax doesn't provide many details. So not much Uber would be able to share with you anyway.
well past a certain amount of trips maybe they can upgrade riders to a higher trusted status so they can start receiving more detailed feedback...

So you want them to tell you to give them a free ride so they don't have to 1* and complain for a free ride credit?
Ah you get a free ride if you 1*?

Most times when they report an issue, which I believe they now have to do if they rate a 1*. See all the threads relating to allegedly unwarranted reports on professionalism, unsafe, etc. Although Uber may be cracking down on habitual complainers. Not much of a paying customer if they're getting a bunch of free rides.

Storing Uber 180 days of change, didn't they actually make a change that said that is a passenger rated anything less than five stars they had to tell Uber why? If you really want to know, you can call over, or if it's convenient go into a GLH, and ask why you got that one star. If there's no explanation, Uber should take it off of your ratings. At least that's what they said they would do, and I did have this done when it was first implemented. It's supposed to happen automatically, but sometimes you have to go and point it out.
