Lets post up where you get bad ratings all the time so we steer clear.

Sandbar @Desert Ridge:Lots of rides, Lots of bad ratings

I have stayed clear for weeks now my rating is climbing back up to a 4.8

I've had two less than 5* ratings and they were both female ASU ****s students that I took to old town.

Lots of rich daddy's girls that are just not very nice people. I've never had a problem with any other group of people.

I live right by Sandbar, but always a bunch of Uber drivers already there so I log off.

The Biltmore. I can't stand the ******s I pick up from there- especially the ones that won't come to the valet pick up.

I can't prove they low rated me, but coincidences abound when that joint was a pick up.

(Do have to admit, one out of about 4 did tip me a five for a sky harbor run)

Anyplace drunk pax below age 28 hang out. Any private or expensive college. Few tips, rarely a 5. Surges are your fault. In Cleveland, the Bingham and Stonebridge are horrible, yet the other apartments nearby have nice tenants.

Yeah you need to learn fairly quickly as I did where to drive and who to pick up. Sand bar single handled dropped me from a 4.85 to a 4.71. I stopped for 3 weeks now and I'm going up every week now a 4.76. I won't rest until I get back to 4.85!
