i have a gut feeling yuppies in Chicago are placing the pin outside the surge zone..Happened all weekend and I refused them all..Does uber real think if we're sitting in a 1.7 we are going to take a normal fare ? I also noticed the rider app consistently showing 1.2 yet driver app at normal rates..

On a side note.. Uber claiming 500 a day is just blatant bullshit...I busted my ass this past Friday Saturday and Sunday .. Grossed 500 on 30 hours with well planned surge rates and roughly 300 miles driven.. I welcome hearing doing much better than that.. Cause I don't see it happening..

I'd be sitting in a 2.0 in River North and get pinged to Edgewater.

An o.k. day for me was when my gross fares were at least double the amount of miles I put on my car. I see it's become less "profitable".
