Drop offs at Seatac airport in Seattle are perfectly legal, pickups on the other hand are not allowed. I read an article on a lyftdriverpromo website that suggested waiting in the cellphone lot for a pickup request to minimize time spent at the arrivals section. Wondering what other Lyft drivers do...
