There is zero reason to drive during the morning rush, or after Yankee/Met/Knick games on Lyft if all they are doing is giving you a couple dollars around your house and not where it's actually busy...

Slow transition, they don't want to piss everyone off at the same time. The most disgusting part is they are charging passengers the full surge price and giving drivers a couple of dollars. On a short ride that's fine but on long rides it's straight up stealing. Also now when it's surging in the city, it's not surging on the driver app. When you think it can't get worst, they find ways to make it worst. I'm definitely going to start planning a next career move because these greedy bastards aren't going to happy until they have free slave labor. I hope they all crash and burn.
