From the looks of it, 72 hours or less, one thing about Uber, in five years they have never not paid me what they owed me, good luck

That looks suspicious to me. Are you sure it is really from Uber? I would be livid if they didn't give me my money. I cash out every day due to scam reports.

Actually had this happen to me on door dash. It wasn’t door dash that wanted the compliance check but their payment processor did.

They just wanted to verify my ID. And yes I initiated the call with them when I could not be paid. Took 5 minutes.

Update: After 30 hours they have lifted the restriction on my payments. I changed my bank details 2 days ago i think this could be the reason.

Yes they did same thing 2 years ago when I moved.When you set bank now it takes days to lift.
