I have been driving for a total of 1 week, I am currently in my second week and today is suposibly payday. Where is my paycheck? I don't know how to contact uber because there are no numbers. I feel lost because they never truly gave me the 411 on anything once they approved me. I also have an incentive promised but it does not show up on my statement they sent me on Tuesday. I have read other forums and they said that uber verifys my bank account but there is no deposit showing this. Can someone direct me to the appropriate person? Thank you!!
The pay week ends early Monday (like around 4am?) You should get your deposit on Wednesday morning if you've got all your banking information set in your account.
I usually get the statement on tuesday and then the pay comes in for me overnight tues night / weds am like clockwork. Your bank could be delaying it somehow - I'd double check the account information and then it would be easier to call your bank than uber. Although there is a "email csv" button in the earnings report. I've never used it but you could start there.
Been driving since 10/25 and have not received my first payout. I am all about utilizing emails and am currently deep down the rabbit hole with them. They have now said I'll be paid this coming tuesday (11/8), for my fares ending the week 10/31. Have repeatedly asked why they are paying me late and if I can anticipate getting paid on tuesdays instead of thursdays. They don't reply, instead they assure my payment is being processed.
Maybe I entered the account or routing number wrong. Wish I could verify, but I've found no way to do so without having to re-enter my bank information, further delaying the payment process. Cannot get a CS rep to confirm those numbers. Baffling.
I wouldn't be so sore if I hadn't absolutely Killed it the night of 10/29. Over $300 on my first surge binge.

It won't add any time to the payout if you enter the banking info again. I changed my bank info on a Friday and the money was deposited to the new bank the next Wednesday. You can change or check your banking info from your dash board.
